Timber and Slated Lynchgate
The timber and slated lynchgate was erected in 1908 at the cost of £45.
Church Hall
The church hall was built for the growing membership to support the Sunday school and social activities.
It is a simple building of brick, rough cast, and tield, consisting of porch, main hall and kitchen.

Imperial War Graves Plot
The war graveyard consists of 76 graves of airmen from the air forces of the Commonwealth, the number being made up of 51 from the U.K., 14 from Canada, 5 from Australia and 6 from New Zealand. Nine of the men remained officially unrecognised until May 1984, whe a plaque was erected inside the church, to their memory.
The Cross of Sacrifice was dedicated on October 4, 1949 with both the Royal Air Force and the Royal Canadian Air Force representatives present.

Main East Window
The main East window consists of three panels, each depicting a scene from Holy Week, as found in the Gospel of St John, and each directly concerning him. The centre window shows the Crucifixtion, the left window, the Last Supper and the right window portrays Mary going to live with John, as mother and son, after Jesus' death.
Pulpit
The pulpit is the oldest poccession of the church. It is Jacobean and used to stand in the church, St Mary's in Mildenhall until it was moved to St John's in 1875.
Propeller Memorial
The propeller memorial stands inthe Northwest corner of the chruch. It is to remember the crew of a Stirling bomber- 'Y' Yorker of '90' Squadron. The crew died during a training exercise over nearby Shipea Hill in 1943. The memorial is one blade of a propeller from the bomber, which was later recovered from the fens.
